Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after successful verification of the returned item or in cases of order cancellation before shipment.

  • 2.1 Full Refund

    You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

    • You cancel the order before it is shipped.
    • You received the wrong item or the item was damaged/spoiled upon delivery (with evidence).
  • 2.2 Partial Refund

    In cases where only part of the order is found defective or undelivered, a partial refund will be issued.

  • 2.3 Refund Method
    1. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.).
    2. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via NEFT/IMPS.
    3. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
